Passionate about people and their creative potential to discover new ways of finding solutions and co-creating new ways of seeing. Jay is particularly interested in leadership development in the context of relational and systems thinking. With a focus on supporting individuals and teams to develop their uniqueness and connect with their purpose. Jay has over 30 years experience working across community, health and social care services and in national social enterprise at senior leadership level. Using this experience Jay provides consultancy and support to small and large organisation and across wider systems. He provides executive and senior leadership mentoring and coaching and is developing a portfolio across both the private and public sector. Jay is also part of the Inspired Purpose network working collaboratively to create mutual benefit by connecting individuals, communities, businesses and the environment.
